HOW IT WORKS

FROM NODE TO SOURCE

01

Create the Source

A session, project, decision, person, topic, or card becomes a node only when it belongs to real workspace context.

02

Follow the Connections

Expand a branch to see how meeting topics connect to project work, people, decisions, and cards without flattening everything into one list.

03

Collapse the Noise

Fold branches you do not need and focus on the part of the workspace that answers the current question.

04

Open the Origin

Trace an important node back to the session or workspace item that created it, so the surrounding evidence remains available.

WHAT IT CONNECTS

A MAP BUILT FROM REAL WORK

Sessions

The source conversations where context, decisions, and actions begin.

Projects

The workspaces that collect related sessions, boards, and ongoing activity.

People and topics

Recurring participants and subjects that connect otherwise separate conversations.

Decisions and cards

The outcomes and follow-through created from what was actually discussed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

LIVING BRAIN QUESTIONS

What is the LifeDash Living Brain?

The Living Brain is a local, collapsible knowledge map that connects sessions, projects, people, topics, decisions, and cards. It is designed to preserve the path back to the source conversation.

Is the Living Brain the same as the Digital Twin?

No. The Living Brain maps relationships across the workspace. The Digital Twin is a user-authored professional profile with controlled, source-linked memory used for assistance, triage, and briefs.

Can a Brain node lead back to its source?

Yes. Traceability is a core purpose of the Brain. Important nodes can take you back to the session or workspace item that provides their original context.

Does the Living Brain require cloud processing?

The workspace graph and its relationships are local by default. If you explicitly select a cloud model for a related AI task, that task follows the provider choice shown by LifeDash.
